What is Outreach?The Antigo Public Library has been providing outreach services for more than 30 years. The scope of these services today includes bringing library materials to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, meal site locations, and to individual homes and apartments throughout Langlade County. The library can bring you many different kinds of materials in various formats: regular books, large print books, audiobooks, DVDs, etc. |

Who Can Receive Outreach Services? |

| This service is available to all Langlade County residents regardless of age. The situation that prevents a resident from leaving their home to visit the library may be temporary or longer term. | ![]() |

| Where Does APL's Outreach Van Regularly Visit? | ||
| Weekly visits are made to the Eastview Manor in Antigo. | ||
| Langlade County's Meal Sites are visited by the van each month in Elcho, Pickerel, and White Lake. | Vicky about to get on the road with the new Outreach van |

| Rotating collections of paperback books are left for three months in apartment buildings in White Lake and Elcho. | ![]() |

| Videos are exchanged at three assisted living facilities each week, with books being rotated at these same facilities every month. | ||
| Books are also brought monthly to an assisted living group home. | ||
| The van visits between 50 and 60 individuals in their homes on a regular basis. | ||
